Refund Policy

1. Account balance

Payments add credit to your Likemania balance. The balance can be used for any available service on likemania.com, likemania.ru and likemania.kz.

2. Cancellations

An order may be cancelled when it cannot be started or completed. Once processing has begun, cancellation may be technically impossible. If an order is cancelled or partially completed, the value of the undelivered portion is returned to your balance automatically.

3. Refills and guarantees

A refill is available only when the service includes a guarantee and its conditions are met. Refill may be unavailable if the post was deleted or hidden, the profile was made private, the username or link changed, or the same link was promoted elsewhere at the same time.

4. Refunds to the original payment method

Refunds for cancelled and partially completed orders are credited to your account balance. A refund to the original payment method is not guaranteed: support reviews each request individually and may decline it. Completed services, payment partner fees and bonus funds are not refundable. We may request transaction details to verify ownership and prevent fraud.

If a refund to your card or wallet is approved, the time it takes to arrive depends on your bank or payment partner.

5. Incorrect links or quantities

Check the link, service and quantity before ordering. If delivery to the supplied link has started, the order may not be reversible.

6. How to request help

Contact support (the website chat (button in the bottom right corner), Telegram @MarkSupportBot or 1@likemania.com) with the order ID, payment reference if relevant, and a short explanation. Do not send passwords or full card details.
